Project Name: Introduction of organizational innovations in "Voicecom" AD for improvement of the company productivity and for export volume growth by implementation of integrated software solution for business processes management.
Total project cost: BGN 280,000.00 without VAT. Amount of EU co-financing: BGN 166,600.00. Amount of national co-financing: BGN 29,400.00.
On 27th April 2017 Voicecom AD signed a grant contract and started the implementation of project BG16RFOP002-2.002-0162-C01 “Introduction of organizational innovations in "Voicecom" AD for improvement of the company productivity and for export volume growth by implementation of integrated software solution for business processes management”,which is realized with the financial support of Operational Programme „Innovations and Competitiveness” (OPIC) 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Union through European Regional Development Fund and by the national budget of Republic of Bulgaria.
The main objective of the project is to provide preconditions for business growth of "Voicecom" through the deployment and usage of information and communication technologies in the process of realization and provision of services of the company, and in particular, through implementation of an integrated software solution for business processes and resources management as a tool for realization of innovative business solutions.
Through the realization of the project "Voicecom" aims to achieve growth in two main areas:
The direct result of the project will be a deployed and functioning customized integrated software solution for business process management, developed especially for Voicecom.
The successful implementation of integrated ICT-based software solution for managing business processes and resources during the project is a practical realization of innovative, for our company, organization of business processes related, on one hand, to customer service from customer requests to their realization and provision, on the other hand, to organization, distribution and control of human, information and time resources for their implementation. By the implementation of the system in the company, for the first time, will be implemented in practice a new model of customer relationships organization; will be reorganized the process of planning and decision making and for the first time, will be integrated a system with a focus on controlling and reducing operations’ waste, which are mostly large volume of paper and supplies for printing documents.
